Peptide calculator

Enter four values from instructions supplied by the qualified professional responsible for them. We’ll convert those entries into a U-100 syringe volume and unit amount.

Educational arithmetic only. The dose must come from a licensed clinician, pharmacist, or other appropriately qualified professional responsible for your care—not from this calculator. This calculator does not recommend a peptide, dose, diluent, syringe, or administration method and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Four label checks

Set up the calculation

U-100 syringe size

Choose the size printed on your syringe or its packaging.

Enter the dosage from your instructions, then choose whether it is in mcg or mg.

Limits and calculation notes

Concentration is the peptide amount divided by the reconstitution solution volume. The entered dosage is first converted to mg, then divided by that concentration to find the syringe volume and multiplied by 100 for U-100 units.

Check every label, unit, solution choice, and instruction with the licensed clinician, pharmacist, or other qualified professional responsible for your instructions.
